In my experience reflectors don't do much even in a HPS set-up. Got a tall skinny mirror?
Stand it uo behind your plants so it catches your light and bounces it back to the plants.
Or if you feel creative I've seen where guys took a lampshade, trimmed it so the light fit in,
and lined the inside with aluminum foil. Total cost about $3.
