OK well so far this is my first grow and my plants seem to be doing healthy i germinated in towel and planted in soild from my back yard i have them on the window recieving sunlight and i have 100w UV light and a 7w 2700k cfl on it also now i was wondering for reflection can i use an aluminum pan and 2 white stryofoam food storage just until veg is over and its time to flower any suggestions would be nice i have already read in and out of this website i just would like some suggestions from fellow growers
