Reflective walls

I am on a budget currently and have a shed outside I have a grow light and was going to drill a hole in the wall for a fan but still need reflective walls. I heard flat white paint is a cheap way to get it done or I've seen people use emergency blankets. Has anyone had experience with either or knows another alternative?

Yeah flat white good. Even when you are talking price. Well depending on the size of the room some of the alternatives to paint can get pretty pricey. Back years ago me and my uncle used to get the glossy reflective vinyl and cover the walls with that.

I use Reflectix, but only because I'm not ready to paint the spare bedroom I use for a grow room

Diamond. Mylar I think is the best i might be wrong but if your on a budget matt White is brilliant Shaun from MiGro does a review on YouTube about how good matt white is.

I use a product called ADF diamond foil which claims a 97% reflectivity without any hotspots.
TBH I didn't really notice any difference going from white paint.

Just curious but why flat paint. I would think gloss enamel would be better. Easier to wipe clean down the road as well

Also can use a product at Home Depot by everbilt a refective double insulation material. It’s a little pricey but also gives you some insulation for the shed as well. Can always add to when budget opens up a little
