reflective film?

does anyone know where i can buy some reflective film??? what film works best?

Ive heard that some christmas wrapping paper is mylar just expose the shiny side to your grow area, its super cheap too.

Mylar is the best.

You can get it online (eBay) or hydro stores. NOt the cheapest, but the best.

Cheapest method would be flat white paint.

Get some 2 mil "reflective metallized film" or "mylar", maybe $30 for a 25 foot roll. Most hydro shops have it. Works perfect, and easy to handle compared to the 1 mil.

does the thinkness of the mylar make a difference? how much difference is it to the plants between white paint and mylar when running 1000w mh/hps in a small grow room 4x4x7

Mylar is king. It reflecrs aprox. 98.? of light or better. White paint is probably like 70-80%
