refer me to a drying/curing guide?

hey guys, im just about ready to cut down my crop and begin the drying/curing process, i searched and looked through the stickies but i couldnt mind a good guide on the process, any recomendations?

any specific things for outdoors?

i plan on hanging them in a garage that has a built in de-humidifyer, as well as base board heaters,e tc.

i was gonna hang em, leave the heat at room temp, turn up the dehumidifyer, and leave fans blowing near em all the time

then with curing is it just as simple as mason jars in a dark place? opening once a day?
