| Charles Scott arguably one of North America's most infamous Cannabis Breeders ! Charles Started Growing Marijuana Indoors in Vancouver BC in 1991 in the infancy of BC's booming MJ industry . Charles was fascinated with Marijuana cultivation and once he left the city back to his country roots he began breeding Cannabis .
