Red or Purple and Bubbles at intersections

Please help I don't know what's going on with the plan I don't know if it's red or purple stems and also where the stems and branches intersect there is a bubble there what's weird about it is everything is red or purple stems but where the intersection is it's a green bolge or bubble not on the outside it's in the inside of the stem or branch I apologize for the poor pictures here in a few days when it's time to water her again I will pull her out of the grow tent and put her outside in the sun and take some good pictures if you want or need to know more you can look at my grow Journal thread I really need help!!

Cant really tell from your pics, would be better under white light.
It is normal to have a bubble looking thing where the branches meet the stem, if that is what you're talking about.

I believe that's what it is but ill take better pics so u can see the color of everything and see the bubbles too
