Recirculating the Can Fan back into the house?

Hello all on RIU. This is my first post and I have a few questions.

Last summer I noticed that my house a/c would run continuously causing my electricity bill to be high. I have an 8" Can Fan filtering/exhausting my closet to the attic. My house felt warm inside and I felt that I was just wasting my cold air pumping it into the attic.

This summer before it gets hot, I am planning on running 8" insulated hose from the exhaust flange through the attic to another room. Maybe like into an 8" a/c register and cut the ceiling out for the fitment.

My questions are, will recirculating back into the other side of the house cause me any air circulating problems with my closet? Such as losing the exhaust vacuum/sucking or not enough fresh air.

My other question is, I have a single hose portable a/c unit in my closet and the exhaust is going to the attic also with another Can Filter on the end of the hose. When the 8" Can Fan is on, I can feel it sucking through the a/c exhaust, which is sucking in hot air from the attic. This is causing my portable a/c to run alot also. I'm lost on how to stop this. Can I install the a/c's exhaust filter into the house without it causing to pump too much heat into the house?

My last question is, do you think it would be better to ditch the single hose portable a/c unit for a dual hose unit? Also, with the dual hose unit, will there be no stanky danky smell exhausting from it without a filter?

Thanks in advance for any info! I'm hoping to contribute more soon.:leaf:
