Really weird...

Ok so here's my situation....a friend of mine had 2 plants...germinated from seeds at the same time...kept side by side for the last 3 months or so. They are both over a foot tall and have started showing white pistils as preflowers and I'm quite happy they're females. However, one has gotten considerably more pistils and has them everywhere now as though it's in flowering although it's been under 24 hour flourescent lighting...Somebody confirm with me that this is a flowering plant...If anybody has any doubt that it is please let me know. I'm pretty sure it's in flowering...but could somebody confirm this with me and perhaps give some clarification to this phenomena...Should I change the lighting cycle for this plant to 12/12 for flowering? I doubt keeping it under 24 will put it back to veg considering that's how it got into flowering....Suggestions? Thanks!

you may have an auto flowering strain my friend. the plant looks like it IS flowering and has been for @ least a week or two because i already see trichrome development........ I may be wrong there though, i dont have much experience in age guessing. If that is under a 24 hour fluro light then it shouldent be flowering unless it isnt getting enough light to count as a full light period by the plant . how many fluros you got on dat beitch?
but yeah maybe it is a ruderalsis cross.
