Ready To Harvest?

Hello people, having a bit of trouble determining if my plant is ready for harvest. Bit of background info first, she is a snowrhyder from short stuff seeds, has been under a 250w light, temps ranging from 65min to 85max, usually sitting around 75-80. She germinated on 21st march which makes her about 10 weeks old, she started throwing pistols out around week 3.
