Ready to Clone Yet? (Pictures)

I have been vegging my plant under CFLs for about 6 weeks (since germination).
In my growing bible, it says to wait until the plant is 2 months to clone. Should I wait until 2 months, or do you think it looks like I'm ready to clone yet?
In the second picture, I am pointing to the cutting I would potentially take.

Also, I've just ordered the FoxFarm nutrient 3-pack (Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom). Their feeding schedule is a bit confusing (apparently week 1=when the plant has 4 sets of true leaves). Where should I start in their feeding schedule?

i see a small clone or two you could take but id wait a week or two more for some bigger clones.

keep repeating week 3 until you are a week away from 12/12. then go to week 4 and keep following the schedule from there.

i usally dont feed my plants from seed until they show some sign of defiencnecy. with clones i full dose em soon as they have an adequate root system
