Hey, I’m debating whether I should put her in 48 hours of darkness starting tonight or if I should just harvest tomorrow. Let me know your thoughts, photos taken throughout plant.

Darkness can't hurt, personally I'd wait a week, make sure they aren't growing anymore, then harvest the top and most ripe buds, then give the lower buds some more time to ripen under lights before doing the dark thing.
