Re-veg query

Just wondering if someone can help as im pretty green when it come re veging and or plants changing back after bloom.

I took this plant from indoor lighting and put it outside. I topped it and it has gone into flower as expected but now it looks like its re veging.

A friend has said that it looks like its turning into a herm.

Gonna just let it run for now but just wondering if its good to try trim the existing buds off if its reveging?

Let it grow until its sprouting new branches...then trim the dead parts off.
Re-veg will happen if light cycle is more then 15 hours...ie 16:8 or 18:6 etc.

Put it in intense light to get it out faster. It will grow some janky ass leaves for awhile

what length are the daylight hours
