Rapitest PH meter - useful or useless?

Has anyone ever used this ph meter, and does it work?

I am thinking of buying this at ebay, but before I want to make sure it will measure ph properly.

ive just bought a wilko soil and ph tester kinda the same as the one your intrested in but its got 2 prongs for both soil and ph and its quite good...u just have to stay inbetween the green and the red for ph and ull be fine...ileven take pics to show u when its in a bowl of tap water if u need to see how good it is....

i've got the same one...you have to leave it in the moist soil for 15 min to get an accurate reading...also mine now olny reads 6.5 on everything so i think it's broke..oh well.you get what you pay for.

lol too true <u get what u pay for> i paid pennys for my soil and ph tester and kinda works well for the money but how long wil it last is the question lol
