Random rust spots on lower leaf growth

Hey all I’m just concerned due to my 4 Do-Si-Lato #7 plants having some small rust spots. At first I pricked the leaves off and kept watering. Once I realized this may be a calcium issue I decided to add cal-mag in RO water. pH 6.0-7.0. After I gave the Cal-Mag I still noticed some more brown rust spots developing. At this point I’m not sure what to do since I recently transplanted in a mix of Fox farm ocean forest / happy frog 50/50 mix. Any help would be highly appreciate.

I would give them a bit of epsom salt. And maybe a bit more calcium (cal mag) too. Then just wait a while (a week) to see what else happens.
