RainForest 66 General hydroponics/ Water??

I have a rain forest 66 and was wondering what water i could use as res water rather than buying distilled every week cause i look like i drink 80 gallons a month when i go to grocery!!! lol??? anybody know if i can use tap water some how? and if there is a way to make it cleaner and safer for my baby??

have you checked the ph and ppm of your tap water? it depends on where you live, the water by my house has a very low ppm so i use it. a RO filter is the best way to go, there around 150 and up, check your ppm and see if its usable
