Rainbow stem and strange leaves .... PIC!!!!

plant is 10 days old today now from seed ... for my first grow im pretty happy with growth and how things are going, My only concern is my stem has about as many colours as your average rainbow, green a bit white, brown, more green with a bit of purple in the middle ... is this normal ? if not whats up ?

Also my leaves have a dusty appearance and have miniscule white spots .... as from picture its Skunk #1

Any initial concerns ?

Looks fine to me.....remember you can love your plants but don't over-love.....you're doing good!
