R/O filtration problems.

I recently got an R/O water purification system and it's not adjusting dick. My PH actually went up, as did my PPM. It didn't come with any instructions, so I had to go by what I was able to find online. I'm quite certain I've got it installed correctly, but I'm fucking at wits end here. Between waiting for it to get delivered, and getting it installed, and realizing my levels were all off, one of my best mothers died while waiting to be fed. Any help?

When I installed mine I was directed to run 2 or 3 (can't remember exactly) tank fulls to clean out the system.

If you can post pics I can compare it to my installation.

Yup, definitely gotta break the system in....same thing goes when you install new cartridges. How is it set up? Sediment filter first, etc.?
