R.I.P. Homebox

So the new and mighty homebox just got killed by the zipper.
It got stuck during closing at 99%. I can move it a tiny bit but it won't open anymore.
Tried everything from soap water to oil, it feels rock solid like glued together.
You can pull as hard as you can this thing is stuck.

I just hope the other door (I'm glad I have two) will last longer or this was really a waste of money.
Gonna talk to the company tomorrow. Maybe I can get a new skin for a discount or something.

I have to say besides the zippers - they're loud too - I was actually pretty happy, what a shame.
:(

Sometimes you can go in and reseat the teeth of a zipper if you have a thin enough tool or can get it to move backwards. Also make sure there isn't a bit of the cloth itself really jammed in there. One of my tents has zipper backing that loves to get under it and stick it in place.

Zipper lube may have helped with that noise....Chapstick helps.
My usual problem is material getting stuck in zipper.

That's the funny thing it's not the cloth stuck in there and if I close it that tiny bit that it moves it feels normal, but as soon as I wanna open I really hit a hard point, it really doesn't feel like it's just cloth jammed in there. :(

It's likely a tooth from the zipper that is slightly out of whack. See if you can use a flashlight to see under there. If so it's usually not too hard to push it back into alignment enough for it to slide. You can also potentially just remove the sliding part and plac it back on. Though some are really hard to get back once you pop them off, so be careful.

Usually you just pull both sides and it adjusts but nothing moves here.
Think I'll just leave it alone for now before I ruin the seams or anything.
It's still dark inside and I can use the other door... I'll work on it when I have calmed down, I'm hopefully able to fix it.
