Quiet fan options for setup

Hi guys
I'm setting up a space that is -

h - 100', d - 23', w - 50'

I'm going to have 4 or 5 plants, and will use a 400w hps.

This grow space will be in my bedroom.. I don't like much noise when I sleep, so I'm wondering if anyone could suggest the smallest, and quietest fan for this area.

I'm thinking of using a duct to extract air into the roof, and a 'stand alone' fan to provide intake.. you think that will be enough? will be similar to this setup, except I'm not sure which fan to use on the duct..

hey, if u want silence ull have to get a expensive fan, i used a small cheap bathroom exhaust fan, it made a bit of noise... but i was not sleeping in the same room.....
