quick temperature question

i have a small grow tent with a 400w and my night time temps are 76 and with the light on im around 84 to 87. are these good temps or should i try and lower them. Thanks

ideal temps are 72-78... plants grow best under those temps... GL

84 is ok, 87 is a bit high, a 10 degree difference is good between light on and off
if 87 only happens for a bit you'll be ok but try and keep it between 75 & 85, 78 is stellar

and your humidity matters as well

ok thanks . im thinking of tweaking my ventilation a little maybe within the week. gone way over budget lol. but 76 will be the low no matter what it seems. humidity is between 30 and 40 %

with a temp of 84 you would want humidity in the upper 40's, to low 50's

ok so 84 should be my high temp. alright guys thanks. i dont know if ill be able to get it cooler since my house temp is around 76 to 77 and the light is going to get hot. is it possible to keep it under 84?

of course it is, just cost $$$

pretty much a ventilation system for the just the light. and then a separate system to expel the stale air. i need 1 more inline fan i think.
