so 4 seeds poped through the rockwool so i added them in my hydro set up. my question is should i use just water for a week or so seeing as they are so young?

its bubbleponics and i have the Recipe for Success starter Pack Technaflora Nutrients for this grow. being the first time with hydro im just using what i had.
