quick question

anyone think that i can use a 6 inch 400cfm fan to pull through my carbon filter and push the air through a 400w cooltube or do i HAVE to get 2 fans?

anyone with a similar setup id appreciate info.

filter--fan--duct-cooltube--duct--out

maybe a booster fan?

filter--fan--duct--booster--tube--duct--out?

a 400cfm fan will be fine, i would set it as follows : cooltube--fan--duct--filter or even cooltube--duct--fan--filter

depends on what type of fan it is.

regular inline not booster. im thinking it should be ok but im not sure?

It should work if it's not a booster fan. only hold back is the filter.
