Quick question! Need Help!

Hey guys, im just wondering whats the best way to store weed. Im getting an OZ sometime soon and i think ill just take it out of the bag and put it in a mason jar.

I've heard that the plastic can rub thc crystals off the herb and it sticks to the plastic bag. Any suggestions on how I should store it once i have it?

mason jars are great...

Should i take it out of the baggie, Or leave it in the baggie and put the baggie in the mason jar? I was thinking take the tree out of the baggie and just put it in the mason jar by itself. What are the best ways for conserving it, should it be away from the light? In a warm or cold spot?
