quick inline fan question

Hi,

I am building a grow box this weekend cause i am expecting my 400 watt hps sometime next week. dimensions are 3.5 x 3.5 x 6. so around 74 cubic ft. i have heard that a fan that can circulate the air 3-4 times a minute is prime. I have found an inline fan that is 160 cfm for like 40 bucks after shipping. this will only give me 2 or so air circulations a minute. Can this get me by? i am in setting this up in the basement with an average temp of 66-68 degress. what do you guys think, thanks in advance.

i have one more question for my thread that is getting mad responses, thanks by the way.

i found this inline fan at the home depot. it is not the one i was originally looking at. personally it looks cheap non-productive, but that is based off of nothing really.

anyways, do you think this would work, given that the 2 circulations a minute will suffice? will 2 circulations per minute suffice??????????????????????????
