So i plan on constructing a grow room with these deminsions 5x5x6. with 125sq feet of actual growing space. Im trying to decide how many plants I should grow in there, also considering I want the full yielding capablilites as well. I thought 5 would do. But just making sure.

And would a 600w hps light be straight?

And how much bud do you think my 3 NLxBigbud and 2 WWxbigbud would produce in this environment. considering i use organic nuts.
Thanks.

I think you mean 125 cubic feet of space... 600w or 1000w for that area would be ideal. # of plants is going to depend on your growing style. I've got 20 plants crammed into the same dimensions but they'll obviously be smaller than if you grow 5 in your area.

yeah thats what i meant. Im growing stouter strains like NL and WW. but i've been considering lst and/or scrog. i just want to get the most yield i can thats why im just using 5. im not sure if more plants crowded in would produce more than fewer plants that have more room to breathe and absorb light. this question intrigues me.

Its funny, alot of people think cramming a large number of plants will yield alot more.

Not true. I run a 1000 watt eye hortilux hps, and I have crammed up to 23 plants under that light to get big yields, never worked the way I thought it would.

If you give your plants plenty of room to stretch out ,and there is no shading,.. Your yields will be substantially higher. This is a fact. Good luck my friend. CG :weed:

With a standard grow most put 12-15 plants in a 4x8 tray under 2000w. That's only 32sqft. I have 10 plants in my avi. Could have done 12 no problem. For a large area I would get 1000w bulbs and keep them up high for lots of spread. With 1000w bulbs they can be many feet above the canopy and not stretch the plant.
