Questions on my new room

I'm setting up my grow and flower rooms and I have a few questions. Grow is approximately 3ft x 4ft with 4 4ft t5 fluorescents + I plan on adding a couple CFL's once I get it going. The flower room is 4ft x 4ft with a 600 HPS light with a 6" cool tube, and that room will also get a couple CFL's. I'll be doing ebb and flow in both rooms. Now for the questions. I would like a inline fan for the cool tube. How many CFM would the fan need to do the job and keep the room from heating due to the HPS light? I only need to move the hot air about 6 feet or so to get it out of harms way. Will I need additional power venting in the room to control heat or will my open vent high on the wall be enough. There will be a inlet fan through the wall, but again, I do not know how much air I need to move into the room. The inlet questions also apply to the grow room. How many CFM do I need to move to adequately vent the room and provide enough fresh air? I still have just a couple more questions. If this were your set up, how many plants would you reasonably expect to grow in my spaces with my set up? I'm only planning on doing 2 or 3 in each room, but am I sufficiently set up for it? My final question is this. How big of a pot do you suggest I put my plants in? 1,2,3 gal? I was planning on using 2 gal pots with hydroton. Do you suggest square or round pots?
