Questions at Day 41

Ok so about 2 months ago I bought some seeds online, 2 Skunk Automatic Feminized seeds.

I germinated and planted one of them in a pot with some soil I had at home, and put it under 151w (true watts) CFL.

2 days later I started germinating the other seeds.

The next day, my Grandma come home and I show her my little sprouted seedling. She finally tells me she would like to grow some too.

I check my germinating seed, she's ready to be planted. So I take another pot and fill it with the same soil. Then I plant the seeds and bring my grandma home with is new plant.

At first she didn't had any CFL and started the plant on the side of a window, the seedling stretched but was still looking healthy. But then I installed her 3 13w CFL, I know its not supposed to be enough but...

38 days later, my plant looks like this



And her plant, I don't have any pics but she's like 2 times bigger than this and even it she was stretching at first, now have tight internodes and you can even see huge ass roots at the base of the stems going into the soil and the leaves are ways bigger, her plant way more crowded.

How can two exact same strain in same soil, same size pot, and same water can be so different, and the nicer case being the one with less lights?

Also, what is the minimum yield I might be able to get with my plant?

Both are showing individual traits of the parents and their lineage,,,,,different phenos.

Sound like the story of my oldest plant and her clones that don't look anything like her,she all short and trained with small tops but the clones got fat buds and more branching and double the size,but this is because i vegged the mother with MH and the clones went straight under hps and they stretched like crazy.Week 1 the clones were under mother and week 2 mother was under them.The low amount of light could have made the plant think it reached maturity cause it stretched or it could just be the phenotype of the plant.Try growing 5-10 seeds from the same batch so yo can see the difference in their growth.Was the seeds any different in color and or size.

Thanks for the inputs! Anyone else? I was hoping to get at least 14 grams out of my plant.. Do you think that sounds right? It's my first grow so I don't know what to expect. My grandma's plant might yield higher so maybe 40 grams both plant combined?

If you get 40g out of those two plants I'd be amazed.

how much would you say i'll get then? it's my first grow I'm not sure what to expect

Not sure TBH, but I have 3 AKR that will yield less than an OZ per plant and they are quite a bit stockier than your girls, and were much farther ahead at 40 days. Either way you have two healthy plants which is a good start on your first grow ,and soon enough you'll be smoking your own bud which is pretty cool.

it all depends on you and what you use how you grow.. you can always achieve more or less than a oz depending on what you do... light plays a huge part... containers.... Each plant has many pheno types like above said.. they all have two parents .. those parents have parents... so many different combonations of plant can result in much a different offspring... think genetics.. not only just genetics but all the variables in your room/ grow space,

no one can tell you weight your gonna get man its about potential of the strain and its enviroment..i will tell you it looks ok for the age and cfls.. you got a lot of light on them but you should use a box and paint it white to refelct that light... your wasting 80% of all the light your using with no reflectors or reflective backing... if you do it right man you can get alot more... i have an auto with a half oz or more its only week two of flower...
