Questions about grow room

Hey guys. Just got a few questions to ask. Ok I'm planning on buying a 400W HPS sun system 2 setup for around $200 with shipping is this a good price? Also I'm going to be growing in my closet if I leave the door open alot can I skate by with out a ventilation system? Im planning on spliting my closet in two (its about 10'x3'x5' so each room would be 5'x3'x5) one side will be for vegging clones and mothers the other side will be for flowering said clones. Vegging will be done under flouredcent tubes. Critique my room and don't be afraid to nitpick

It sounds like a good way to start. Ventilation will become an issue with the 400 watt hps. The flouros don't create much heat, but any hid light will. That is a decent price on the light. You may want to look into an air cooled light instead to help control your heat. Leaving the door open while the hps is on will certainly help, but there are going to be times when that will not be practical. You will also want to be mindful of light leaks from the veg side. Ya I know about light leaks I'm going to have it sealed up tight. My only problem is that I can't drill or cut holes. If anyone can think of any solutions please tell me
