What exactly are the laws regarding medicinal marijuana seedlings? Mine are too young to determine their sex and I don't wanna be over my limit... I live in California if that makes any difference.

It varies from county to county. If you have an MMJ Card, the issuing county (where you grow) determines the number. If you don't have a card, any number is illegal!
