Is It Possible To Just Cut Off The Parts That Start Lookin Like They Are Lil Balls, And Hopefully Re-grow With Only Female Pistils?

....have A Jack Herer Plant Growin In Veg For About A Month....lookin Real Nice, But Kinda Showing The Lil Ball....has 2 Hairs Coming Out Of It....hate To Cut It Down...
Is It Possible For The Plant To Show The Male Parts And Pollenate The Other Females While Still In Veg?

THose are preflower. If you see those white hairs, I'd go ahead and start the 12/12. Might be a hermes with both sexes growing on one plant. In that case, you will spend a lot of time picking balls off. Don't worry about picking the preflowers, they just show you their sex.
