Question on lightproofing a rubbermaid

So I'm painting the insides of my rubbermaid containers flat white but am looking for a good way to lightroof them. I've noticed from threads that a lot of people are having trouble with their painted rubbermaid containers glowing. Would laying down a primer layer of black paint before covering with white paint stop the glow?
