i found this light set up on amazon.com, but it doesnt say anything about the brand.

It is just a chinese knockoff. A generic no-name brand. I'd shy away from this deal if it were me. I read through their ad and didn't see any type of warranty information unless I overlooked it. I have Quantum Digital 600w ballast I got from dchydro.com and they have a 3 yr full replacement followed by 2 years pro-rated warranty.
HTGSupply has a 600w digital system like the one you looked at for less ($153.95) with a 5 yr warranty and they will back up their products if there is a waranty issue.
