Question on Freezing...

Ok, so i have dried about 2 ounces, it is now in mason jars, i have another few onces that are on day 2 of drying. My question is on freezing, i know i can put it in mason jars then in the freezer, but do i need to cure for a few weeks before putting them in the freezer?...also is it a problem if there not totaly dried before putting in the freezer?

you can get it to last you a year with a perfect cure in just a jar
