What's with the stupid fucking questions now days? No offense at all, but did you think this through?
A: Do we know the ambient temp of the space? No
B: Do we know the size of the grow? No (smaller grows get hot quicker)
C: Did you give any details about your grow besides watts of light? No
Come on man. Give some real info if you want a real answer. With THAT said, a clip fan won't cool any hps. HPS bulbs are HID, requires a ballast ect, get extremely hot. Most people running HID lights use inline fans because of the heat they put off.

up he is right, you need an inline fan and not a normal fan, this wont do anything at all. PEACE
