Do you have condensation on the sides of your terrarium? Also, I too would suggest misting the sides and top of the terrarium. Mist less on the top and more on the sides. Also your fruiting temperature should be 5-10 degrees F colder than your incubating temp. The heat should probably not be needed.
The first time I tried growing mushies I used a plastic terrarium (perilite of course) with holes all over it and medical (breathable) tape over the holes. Didn't have much luck, small and few mushies. Kept having trouble keeping the humidity up. Now I changed it and just put a clean black garbage inside the terrarium and made it to line the inside. Put perilite in that and made a lid with a another garbage bag and cut out a sandwich bag sized square in the middle and taped a sandwich bag to it so light can enter in the top and only the top. I was able to fan 2-3 times a day and mist and not have to worry about anything. Great big mushies and flushes. 4-5 flushes on each. On one of my grows I even forgot for about 2 days to fan as I was out of town and just went back to the usual fanning schedule when I got back and it was all fine. If you rolled them in verm before you put in fruiting chamber you might notice some white mycellium growing around it before and during pinning and growth. This just means the humidty is high and you should probably fan slightly more often. I was scared the first time and thought it was mold, but it was pure white....safe.
Sometimes they like to take some more time to pin, sometimes they start pinning 5 days after full colonization while I still had them in the jars. Be patient, they should still grow and when they do you will love to watch them grow. Barely hang out with your friends for 5-7 days. Then next thing you know you got a nice handful of boomies, dunk, roll again, and back in fruiting chamber, and about a week later....more pins. I just love how incredibly cheap it is in the end. You spend a certain amount for start up materials. But you get many grows out of the amount of verm, BRF, and perilite you use. I use new perilite half the time, some re-use all the time, some use new every time. The jars and lids are all re-usable, and I only use 1-2cc per jar so 1 syringe is between 5-10 jars. Bought 5 syringes at first then a few extra. Total start cost was around $75 and first good grow got me around 30-35g's. an Ounce of mushies around me generally costs $160-$200. So I already got my money back x3 and got 4 more grows with the verm and BRF. Still had perilite for another few grows. It really is soooo cheap. I use tap water so that's nothing, and either sunlight or a light shining down. Barely any light is needed. I do around 6-10 hours of light a day
