Hey every body, I just put a worm farm together the other day and what I did was I used a small bucket like container and filled it with dirt and a bunch of apple slices.... then I put trout worms in there because I couldn't get my hands on any red worms and I wasn't about to order worms off line.... anyway, should I have used a shallow container with a thin layer of dirt for this in order to "harvest" the castings? Also, from the description I gave, did I do anything else wrong? Thanks a lot in advance
