Question, about Visa prepaid/greendot cards also ATTITUDE SEED BANK

Hey was wondering when you purchase a prepaid debit card and put like your SSN on it will it say your age to the company you buying from?
Like say my cousin is turning 18 in a few months and buys a prepaid visa and trys to buy seeds from attitude will it just not let him order it? or what would happen.

This is not for me my cousin actually asked me to tell him this and told him ill find out.
