question about luxx led clone bars

Picked up some of the luxx led clone bars. love them for clones, my question is, would i be able to run a decent veg under say 4 or 6 of these? they put off brilliant 9k spectrum. wild mix of blue and white... anyone have experience? or knowledge on if this is possible?

That much blue may give you very little vertical growth, ive seen little balls of leaves at 5000k but light intensity also plays in. 4000k is the standard for vegg
