They have 3 kinds of lights.. soft white, daylight, and bright. If you don't want to open the site ill save you some time. On the package of each light, there is a meter of the light range each kinds gives.
Soft White: Meter is marked on the red/orange/yellow colour
Daylight: Meter is marked on what seems to be blue
Bright: Meter seems to show in the middle of the 2 above, its white colour.
I got this from another site
would that mean "bright" is like "cool white" , which is.. the least effective?

so i just wanna clear up the terms. i should buy a "soft white" to match "warm white" for flowering, and daylight to veg.Warm White=> 2700K =>reddest best for flowering
Cool White=> ~4100K => full spectrum Least useful
Daylight=> ~6000K =>Bluest best for vegging
