Question about lighting/power

I want to start a aeroponic system, but I am not sure if the one electrical line coming into the room can handle it. It has no ground as well. Would it be even safe to use without a ground?

I plan on having 6 plants budding, and 6 clones.

Suggestions on type of light/watt. I have read much, but there is some new stuff out it seems, and I am looking for more input.

What lights would use the least amount of amps, but still be good?

What rating should the breaker be? If you were to combine pump/light on one line.

Any appliance, especially waterpumps and those used around water need to be grounded. Plain and simple.
