Question about HID Heat ventillation using pyrex tubes

I'm planning a 2 chamber box (or 2 completely seperate boxes, more likely) 1 for veg 1 for flower.

I want to use 4x150w HID's..
2x MH in the veg'er and 2x HPS in the flowerer..

I was planning on making the box about 4ft tall, 4ft wide, and 2ft across (deep)..

Code:
      / /
     / /
  4ft/ /
   / /
  / /
/__________/
  2ft

| | 4FT

About like that..
I'm planning on putting 2 HID lights in each box, at 150watts each, going accross the top of the box like this:

[duct-in](light tube)[duct](light tube)[duct-out]

I was wondering if I suck air in from one side, and blow it out of the other side (of the box), will that be enough ventillation on the lights to keep it cool in the box?

I was thinking of maybe 1 duct for the lights, and another duct that just pulls air OUT of each box and blows it out thru a carbon filter.

I am putting these boxes in my SLIDING DOOR closet, however..in MY room, in a 2br condo.
Will this create a lot of heat in my room?
I plan on running the lights at times during the day when heat is minimal, and it stays 72-76f in my house.

This will be 2x150w MH running 16hrs/day (evening-night-morning)
and 2x150w HPS running 12 hrs/day (at night)

Any thoughts are appreciated..

Thanks,

-C
