question about growing indoors

is it possible to harvest a pound per plant indoor and if so how big does the plant have to be? and how long will it take before u can harvest?

Seen over 20 ounces a few times. But these people have invested some serious coin into thier operation. For high yield the rules are to go to some form of hydro and then invest in some High Wattage HPS or MH lighting. Also genetics will play a a part as well.
