question about flowering plants reverting to veg

i accidentaly left my mother outside in a 12/12 cycle lets say 2 weeks ago, so it started flowering, so now i have it under 24 hr light(sunlight and cfl) now my plant still has trichomes on it and it still has little pistols on it.....can anyone explain to me why this is happening? am i just not waiting long enough for it to revert back? is it the cfls not being strong enough? any input is greatly appreciated

please help? im not sure if i should switch to 18/6 or just keep it inside instead of bringing it inside to cfl at night....any input will help a lot thanks
