Question about Electronic Dampers

I'm in the process of designing a grow box/cab that will be airtight so I can have it setup with CO2 and from what I've been reading about it seems E-Dampers would be ideal for this setup to exhaust the heat from the room.

I plan to have a setup of (still deciding) either 4'w x 4'd x 6'h or 4' x 2' x 6'

I'll be using a 400W HPS light with glass to seal it in and having it air cooled without mixing the air with the flowering room.

I'll be growing using Rumpleforeskin's method of bubble buckets and a scrog - so it'll be 3 buckets (2 with plant and 1 as extra res). I'm not yet sure what my RH is as I haven't run any tests - but the box/cab will be located in my basement and it's nice and cool down here.

I can go into more detail if necessary but I am looking to somehow rig (most likely going to use a co2 tank with a controller for the room) a control so that when temps reach xx degrees the co2 shuts off and the damper will automatically open and a fan turn on to vent the air out of the room and then close/co2 turn back on (this will be connected to a carbon filter as well)

The only thing I'm not sure on is how do you connect the e-damper to a power source/supply? I tried reseraching around google and the only thing I could find was an instruction manual showing where they wired it a transformer that was attached to their AC unit in the house and this wouldn't exactly work for me - is there anything portable that you can wire it too?

any thoughts/suggestions/ideas would be great
