I realized you need the 2700k for one stage, and 6700k for another? What bulb is the soft white spectrum and the blue spectrum? What spectrum is used for what stage? Veg. & flowering? And do I have both bulbs on at the same time? or do I use One spectrum and then switch to another spectrum when veg. stage is done?

thanks, James.

2700k for Flowering, 6500k for Vegging, 4100k is mid-range.
2700k is warm white, 6500 k is bright white or cool white.
You need both at same time, (called Dual Spectrum) but more of one than the other at the proper stage or cycle.
