Querkle & Powdery Mildew????

Ok so I have been growing out this querkle clone that I got from the club along with my Afghan Widow and Blue Cheese and it has a problem with powdery mildew. I was wondering if it was a trait of the strain because of how close the internodes and leaves are together, or just these two clones that I got. After I spray it, the powdery mildew would come back pain in the ass no bugs or mold just the powdery mildew. It also never spread to any of the other plants thats why I'm thinking it's susceptible to the Powdery Mildew. I am growing outdoors in a cabinet with the humidity around 50%,a 600w HPS and more than adequate air circulation. I anyone having or had any problem with this strain? I love the strain its self, but It's a pain to try and schedule a harvest and make sure theres NONE on the budz during.

Thats the clue of the problem I know people think its easier to start from Clone but clones come with hidden goodies.
The strain itself is fine you can google hundreds of threads on Querkle and find tons of people without probs, but the clubs love to pass around mildew and other nasties.

Since you say you're growing outdoors in a cabinet, why not just leave them out in the sun for a few hours to air out? The sun will destroy PM.
I find that 50% humidity is too high in an enclosed space. Outdoor humidity on a good day is around 20% and that's what I shoot for.

With that said, i've never had a serious problem with powdery mildew. When my plants are indoors, if I see PM I just spray neem oil and also rub it off the affected leaves. But I don't get PM indoors anymore cus I don't feed during lights off or foliar spray anymore.
When I move my plants outdoor to flower, the powdery mildew completely disappears. It's always humidity related.

No I feel you on the club aspect, but I figured if one of the clones had it then all of them would. I know the Afghan Widow is resistant to it but not the blue cheese not to wrap on your strain just trying to narrow things down so I don't make the same mistake twice. The roots I am still trying to figure that one out, but hopefully they look good this time around. I actually am running your Jack The Ripper, just past 1 week today and one of my strongest seeds and I only ordered one! And the others where some other elite Genetics like Reserva Privada's OG Kush #18 & DNA's Chocolope!
