Quality potentiometers needed

Fellow Growers, I need some advice on where to buy some quality 100k pots for dimming my HLG drivers.

I have been using these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YX8TJAW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and they are crap. I have replaced them twice and already need to replace again.

Any suggestions?? Thanks and Gl OG

Look up linear VS logarithmic potentiometers... I suspect you picked the wrong one.

Buy sealed. They usually have 1/8 shafts. I purchased mine from fleabay.

This is what I use. Although one of the pots failed on installation-I ended up using the second to control both drivers-it's been in use for about 3 months now.

IP67 cermet pot from vishay, rated at 50 thousand cycles.
Pricey but won't fail any time soon.
Part number is P16NP104MAB15
