As I am entitled under Article I Section 7 of the U.S. Constitution, this thread is the verbal intention of my concurrent resolve to engage with @Metasynth in some/any kind of sexual relations. As we all understand, concurrent resolutions are typically adopted to regulate the internal affairs of the legislature that adopted them, or for other purposes, if authority of law is not necessary, but as this is a special case of wanting to just fuck a little, so as such we have expanded the delegation accordingly.
If said above recipient of sexual relations is interested, we, the aggrieved party would like to respectfully request the gentleman, please respond below. If the sexual recipient of above sexual engagements is acceptable we would like to stipulate:

- permitting the use of Big Black Dildos which is under the control of both Houses
- providing for a joint session Toke 'N Talk, normally to hear a message from the Mods, such as the @GreatwhiteNorth
- engaging further in these relations on video as to record for further amusement (as we see fit)
