Sup, Figured id start a new journal cause Im not just growing in my full closet.

2x 40w 4' 3050 lumen 4100k daylight fluorescent tubes
3x 23w 1640 lumen 2700k CFL bulbs
1x 40w 2500 lumens 2700k CFL bulb

Okay so the biggest one, the one I have netted, I had growing in a Solo cup for about a month under 12/12, I had some issues with it because it wasnt showing sex but I guess this was because it was rootbound, and not able to grow anymore. I transplanted it to this long container and put the lights on 24/0 since I figured it hadnt showed sex yet I could veg more. I came to it this morning and, after seeing white hairs, IMMEDIATELY turned the lights backs to 12/12

The Seedling is Daywreck, a seed from my caregiver, and I have 4 CFJ #1's (Come Fuck Jesus) germing in the cups


Made the Screen by simply melting holes in the side of the container with a hanger, and weaving some string in and around the thing


1. IS THERE A RISK OF IT TURNING HERM?

Like I said, after realizing my month old plant wasnt flowering because of the too small container, I transplanted into tupperware container and changed the lights to 24/0, next day I saw white hairs and changed back to 12/12....Could the maybe whole day of light turn this newly flowered fem into a herm that quickly? Some help here would be greatly appreciated.

OKay, so 3/4 of my germing seeds came up absolutly retarted...could anyone tell me why?

also, youll notice an addition to the fam, my bro didnt have room for it so he gave it to me, I just threw it in flower...hope its a girl

best of luck to you man, I really like the string/box you did in your cab. Might have to steal that idea from you as I was trying to figure out how to scrog in my PC cab
 
Okay, Heres a little update and I have some burning questions...

1. The one being scrogged sprouted white hairs a few days ago, If yall remember it was slightly stunded from being in a solo cup. Looks like the foliage is growing now a bit but I havent seen any more growth in hairs at all....is it going to come out of its stunt or is it just going to be a slow growing sick plant?

2. The pre stink myth....The larger one has been under 12/12 for a solid week and a half maybe 2 with still no sign of sex...It stinks like a motherfucker...Is it true that if it stinks in veg its likely to be a male?

3. CAN I GIVE THEM MORE DARK TO ENCOURAGE FLOWER????
I know 12/12 is the flowering cycle, but would more dark put more energy toward bud production?

OKAY, so my youngest vegging one has a problem....i noticed a while ago the lower two leaves starting to brown and thought nothing of it...this has spread to the whole leaf now and starting to spread to the top...ALSO, its stem is turning red/purple. I know this is a def of some sort but of what?????

Added one more 2700k 2700 Lumen CFL in there as well for more light coverage since I now have another bitch I need to nurture,
fed Chumba tiger bloom the moment I saw the hairs

SERIOUSLY THOUGH WHAT THE PURPLE ON THE STEM?!?!!?

The One attatched thumbnail was a male when I flowered it....but when a friend continued to grow it it sprouted hairs.....

From what I have heard, purple stems can either be heat stress or nutrient deficiency. I suggest you google the problem since I am a begginer grower too. I dont want to give you the wrong advice. Best of luck, bro.
